Fulfilling Work that Changes Lives

Our mission at the Family Crisis Center is to take a lead role in ending sexual and domestic violence and child abuse through prevention and advocacy for change. If you have a heart for supporting and working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence with a compassionate approach, we'd love to speak with you about joining our team. We have a variety of positions, from full time office jobs to working in our shelters around the clock on shift schedules. 

What It's Like to Work Here

Each position is a little different, but all of our team help contribute to the overall mission of supporting victims, increasing awareness, and advocating for a violence-free future. And some positions include working alongside other advocates, law enforcement, and members of the community. We offer a supportive work environment while promoting personal and professional growth. Our close-knit team cares deeply about changing our community, one survivor at a time, and we encourage self-care and work-life balance.
